Amantle Montsho (born July 4, 1983, in Mabudutsa, Ngamiland, Botswana) is a distinguished sprinter specializing in the 400 meters. She represented Botswana at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics, reaching the final in the latter. Montsho has competed at the World Championships in Athletics and the IAAF World Indoor Championships, and she is the World Champion in the 400m, having won in Daegu with a personal best time of 49.56 seconds. At the 2012 Olympics, she placed 4th with a time of 49.75 seconds.
